Your date is officially booked and reserved on our calendar once a signed contract is completed and a non-refundable retainer is paid. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

We require a standard retainer fee to secure your date. Which is 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance is typically due a few weeks before the wedding.

We understand that life happens. If you need to postpone, your retainer can be transferred to a new date within a certain timeframe, provided our team is available for the new date. A rescheduling fee may apply.

We take the post-production process seriously to ensure consistency and our signature aesthetic. You will typically receive the full, beautifully edited gallery within 6 to 8 weeks.

Travel within the Greater Vancouver area is included. For outings to locations like Whistler, Victoria, the Okanagan, or destination weddings, reasonable travel fees (such as gas, ferry, or accommodation) will be quoted transparently in your proposal.

Embrace it! Some of the most romantic, editorial photos are taken in the rain. However, if the weather is truly severe for an engagement session, we are flexible and will work with you to reschedule to a better day at no extra cost.

For photography, we do not provide unedited RAW files. Our editing process is a massive part of our artistic identity and the final product you are investing in. (Note: WCC services do provide raw phone/bts clips).
